About
Brianna Beehler is a teacher, writer, and scholar. She holds a BA in literature and film studies from Tufts University and PhD in literature from the University of Southern California. Her scholarship has appeared or is forthcoming in ELH, Nineteenth–Century Literature, and The Henry James Review. She has received grants from the Mellon Foundation, Council for European Studies, Hovel Memorial Foundation, and Fulbright Program in support of her writing, research, and teaching. Her writing on gender, literature, film, and material culture has appeared in The Georgia Review, Public Books, and elsewhere. She teaches writing and literature at The Nueva School and lives outside San Francisco.
